The purpose of the CITGO Alumni Group is to unite CITGO retirees and former employees to facilitate friendship and aid in service to others and provide active involvement in the community.

This website and its content are maintained by volunteer members of the CITGO Alumni group, which is an independent organization with individual regional chapters comprised of retirees and former employees of CITGO Petroleum Corporation.

Route 66 Presentation

On October 6, a group of 37 of us gathered in the Red Fork Depot at the Route 66 Historical Village to learn more about the history of Route 66 and to prepare ourselves for the Historic Route 66 Centennial Celebration in 2026. Ken Busby, Executive Director and CEO of the Route 66 Alliance, kicked off our gathering with a very informative PowerPoint presentation that covered the past, present, and exciting future of Route 66. It was such a great presentation, we wanted to share it with our CAG group to make sure all of our members experienced the spirit of Route 66.
